RELEASE AND WAIVER OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

In consideration for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby freely and without constraint consent to and grant Seeger Consulting Inc. and its agents, successors, licensees, assigns, affiliated entities or anyone authorized by Seeger Consulting Inc. the right to photograph, videotape, record, or otherwise reproduce my voice, appearance, opinions, statements, name, place of residence (city and state), to own all the results thereof as a work for hire for copyright purposes, and to exhibit, display, distribute, transmit and/or otherwise, exploit any and all such reproductions containing my voice, opinions, statements, appearance, and/or other contributions, altered as Seeger Consulting Inc. may see fit, for use in whole or in part, either alone or in conjunction with other material in advertising and promotion of or otherwise in connection with Seeger Consulting Inc.'s products and services in any form or format and/or utilized in any and all media now or hereafter known, including without limitations by means of internet or physical production, including emails, still photography, billboard, radio television, video, soundtrack recordings, printing, merchandising, public displays, exhibitions, and advertising and or publicity in connection there within. The rights granted by me hereunder are granted worldwide. I further understand that no special compensation will be provided to me for the rights granted hereunder and that I may not be informed in advance of any specific use of such rights.

I hereby release Seeger Consulting Inc. from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connections with the uses stated above, including without limitations any and all claims for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, infringement of my right of publicity, defamation, copyright or trademark violation, and any other personal or proprietary rights, and I agree that I shall not now or in the future assert or maintain any such claim against Seeger Consulting Inc. with respect to the subject matter herein. This Release shall be governed by the Laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By my signature I certify that I am over 18 years old, understand and agree with the terms stated above, and represent and agree that I am free to grant the rights granted to Seeger Consulting Inc. hereunder.
